Additional Terms and Conditions

•   Discounts and rebates may not be applied to purchases made prior to the date the discount or rebate is received.  Discounts and rebates are not transferable or assignable.

 

•   Cash/Store Bonus is paid 35 days after a friends order is complete. 

 

•   Future Sticks reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to honor any discount or rebate that is obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions, including without limitation, fraudulently.

 

•   This program is a limited time offer. Unused discounts and rebates will be forfeited at the time the program is terminated.

 

•   We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time in our sole discretion by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the Future Sticks website. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes, and your continued participation in the program will constitute your acceptance.

 

•   We reserve the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law. All determinations we make will be final and conclusive in each case.

 

•   By participating in the program, you release Future Sticks from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) relating to your participation in the program.

 

•   The laws of Texas govern this promotion and the promotion is void where prohibited by law.
